ABOUT
GOOD NEIGHBORS

OUR STORY.

In March 2020, as the COVID-19 pandemic emerged, Yeulanda Degala began collecting and distributing essential items such as food, hygiene products, and school supplies for local under-resourced families in her community.

As the pandemic continued, these efforts expanded, eventually leading to the establishment of Good Neighbors Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Fueled by an unwavering determination to create lasting change, the Good Neighbors Network is dedicated to serving local school districts and families and collaborating with other local nonprofits.

Our work has already significantly impacted students, ensuring they have access to the necessary items to thrive personally and academically. Good Neighbors Network is dedicated to assisting under-resourced
students.

Through collaborative efforts with schools and nonprofit partners, we strive to eliminate barriers and facilitate seamless access to essential resources. We aim to foster an academic and personal environment where every student can thrive.
